myAnxietyApp

The doctors of Anxiety.org have created an online self help program for anxiety called myAnxietyApp that uses treatment techniques based on the CALM project, one of the largest, government funded studies of anxiety ever performed. This means that the type of therapy used in myAnxietyApp is evidence-based and there is a very good chance that it can help you feel better.
myAnxietyApp was designed to help you understand and reduce your anxiety by taking you step by step through a series of simple questions and exercises. As you work your way through the program, myAnxietyApp uses your answers to questions to create a specialized treatment just for you based on your specific symptoms and situation.
myAnxietyApp will also help you keep track of your anxiety level over time, so you can see the progress you make as you work through the program.
myAnxietyApp was designed to be easy to use and does not require any special training or experience. In order to receive the maximum benefit, however, it will be necessary to spend about 20 minutes per day at the computer.
myAnxietyApp is in the final stages of production and will be available for free on Anxiety.org within the next several weeks.
